A side of beef is approximately half a cow, which processes on average to 300 lbs. Cuts will stay fresh in a freezer for at least a year. You can purchase a full side or smaller shares.
Boxes are compromised of 50% ground beef, 30% roasts, 20% steaks and your desired portion of bones and organ meat.
The general rule of thumb is 28 pounds of meat per cubic foot of freezer space. Your meat will stay fresh for more than a year.

Yes, regular inspections are an industry norm. Cleanliness standards and animal care are regulated for our processors. We hope to use a fully licensed USDA processor in the near future.
While we do not meet the requirements to earn the label of fully organic, we do not spray our grasses or treat cows with chemical based solutions. We use natural minerals and pesticides to address pests in the summer.
You have three options for picking up your order:

- Pick up by appointment directly at the farm
- Have your order delivered to you for an additional fee
While we treat our animals in the most humane way possible during the slaughtering process, we do not offer kosher or halal certified meat.
